Welcome back to another therapy session disguised as a podcast. Ben and Donovan dive into the great mysteries of life—like why our bladders have turned against us, how motivation is a myth unless it involves tinkering with websites or dodging malware, and whether anything we do actually matters in the long arc of the universe (spoiler: maybe?).

From rediscovering the joy of doing absolutely nothing productive, to romanticizing 7:30 a.m. client visits, to building networks right the first time (and then revisiting them because knowledge evolves), the guys explore the highs and lows of tech, life, and modern manhood—between bathroom breaks, of course.

They also hit the heavy stuff: loneliness, aging, unfinished projects (RIP Project Graveyard), and the religious experience of drinking instant coffee without shame. Oh, and funerals—why they’re overpriced, unnecessary, and oddly social.

The guys wrap up with some peak TV recommendations (Slow Horses, Wednesday, The Bear, Chief of War, and Strange New Worlds) and decide that even if nobody’s listening, they’re going to keep this podcast rolling—because it’s cheaper than therapy and just as effective (for them, anyway).
